The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming country house in Baden, less than a kilometre from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, with Wi-Fi (fibre optic), covering an area of 220 m² and accommodating up to 12 guests.
It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a working fireplace), a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two lounges for gathering with family or friends, and six beautiful bedrooms.
The layout of the bedrooms is as follows: 1 double bedroom with a 160 bed on the ground floor, as well as a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds – ideal for children or teenagers – including 1 bathroom with a bath; and 4 double bedrooms upstairs (4 beds measuring 180x200 – all twin beds) with 2 bathrooms (2 baths) and 1 shower room (1 shower and 1 WC). You can enjoy a spacious garden of around 1,600 m² as well as a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for your summer evenings. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A lovely living area divided into three distinct spaces: a large lounge area without a television, a small TV corner and the dining room with a fireplace (firewood not provided) - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200cm) on the ground floor - Bedroom 2: twin beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200cm) - Bedroom 3: twin beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200cm) - Bedroom 4: twin beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180x200cm) - Bedroom 5: 2 single beds - Bedroom 6: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) on the ground floor - Four bathrooms with 1 shower/1 toilet and 3 baths - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A lovely 1,600 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Baden, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Vannes, 25 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 45 minutes away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is in working order; wood is not provided - Pets welcome - External contractors carry out rubbish collection on a regular basis and independently.
They may therefore visit during your stay.
