It measures 23 square metres and can accommodate up to two people.
You’ll love its location, close to hiking trails in summer and the bus stop that takes you quickly to all the ski resorts! On site ski locker, bicycle storage.
## Logement
Cosy and well-appointed, it features:
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a sofa bed where you can relax after a day out.
The following facilities are available: Shared swimming pool (open ONLY in July and August), Hairdryer, Television, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Parking: This is an outdoor space, accessible directly via a parking tag that raises the barrier at the entrance.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment’s key advantages is its location:
- close to various restaurants;
- a 3-minute walk from a ‘Super U and Drive’ for your daily shopping;
- a 2-minute walk from the ski bus, which serves the whole valley and the ski areas

## Emplacement
Close to the famous ski resort of Chamonix, famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe, Les Houches is a typical mountain village.
Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and its region are much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m altitude, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace.
The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long.
Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long. ## Transports From Aiguille du Midi train station: 9 minutes by car. From Geneva International Airport: 1 hour by car.

Un apartamento muy lindo y con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila. Lastima la comunicación con el encargado. Nunca contestó a nuestros requerimientos.

La persona que estaba a cargo de entregarnos las llaves y de estar al tanto de lo que necesitáramos dejo de contestarno...
