Carefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay, the apartment consists of a double bedroom, a small living room with 1 single bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. To reach the apartment, you must climb the stairs.

Important Notes:

Arrival: from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with an additional fee of €40.00.

Departure: by 09:00.

Linen: Bed and bath linen is not included but can be rented upon request for €40 for the double bed and €20 for the single bed, 7 days before the arrival date. Pickup is only available at our office in Portoferraio.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
