You can pick whichever one works best for you between two options: – A non-refundable damage waiver of 53.50 EUR that covers accidental damage, or – A refundable security deposit of 400 EUR held before check-in and returned after your stay, as long as there’s no damage.
Before arrival, guests will need to sign a short rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and share contact details to receive their check in information.
If you're booking for commercial or content-creation purposes, please let us know in advance — different rates or terms may apply.
Bringing pets? No problem — this apartment is pet-friendly! We do charge a €50 sanitation fee per pet.
If a pet is brought without letting us know, there’s a €500 penalty, so please keep us in the loop.
