From here, you can access the separate kitchen, which features a cozy dining nook with a corner bench. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, equipped with high-quality appliances such as an oven, dishwasher, and, of course, a coffee machine. The bathroom on the lower floor is practical and modern, featuring a shower-tub combination, a sink, and a toilet.

The comfortable box-spring bed ensures restful nights, and your holiday wardrobe will find plenty of space in the spacious built-in closet. Another TV is available here as well. From the bedroom, you have direct access to an additional toilet.
