- A beautiful south-facing 400 m² garden. Although it is not fenced, an embankment separates it from the road and provides an unobstructed view over the fields.

The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in very pleasant surroundings close to the town center, where you'll find two bakeries open 7 days a week, a Carrefour Market, two butchers and delicatessens, a fishmonger's, a newsagent's and several bars.
