The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 76 m² single-storey house with cathedral ceiling for rent in Clohars-Carnoët, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. Wifi included, bed linen and towels extra. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with sofas and TV, featuring an open-plan kitchen and a large black granite central island.
- The fully-equipped kitchen includes: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer.
Exterior:
- A beautiful south-facing 400 m² garden. Although it is not fenced, an embankment separates it from the road and provides an unobstructed view over the fields.
- A 12 m² L-shaped terrace includes a dining area and a smaller area with two armchairs. Outdoor furniture includes 5 chairs and a garden table.
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in very pleasant surroundings close to the town center, where you'll find two bakeries open 7 days a week, a Carrefour Market, two butchers and delicatessens, a fishmonger's, a newsagent's and several bars. There's also a bank, pharmacy and post office.
Activities :
Several sites to visit: coastal path, Saint-Maurice abbey, departure for the island of Groix from Doelan, the Quinquis animal park, the Lorient submarine base, Éric Tabarly's Cité de la Voile, the Port-Louis citadel...
Events nearby :
You can enjoy the Festival Interceltique in Lorient (30 minutes away), which takes place in July and August, as well as the Festival des Rias at the end of August.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park on a private driveway in front of the accommodation, which allows outdoor parking. The parking lot is reserved exclusively for the accommodation, and can accommodate any type of vehicle, with a capacity of 3 cars in single file.
As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A private vehicle is recommended.
- A network of buses serves the city center and the beach.
- The nearest train station is Quimperlé.
- The nearest airport is Brest, 100 km away.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates given are indicative and subject to change by our partner.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
