The apartment is a welcoming and comfortable refuge, perfect for those looking for an active holiday in nature. The space The accommodation is located on the second and top floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift.
We also point out that the apartment is on two levels and there are internal stairs. The internal space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with hob, fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), dining table, TV; - BEDROOM I with double bed and a wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with two bunk beds and a wardrobe - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, dryer, sink, bidet and toilet. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, clothes rack and hairdryer. 2 private covered parking spaces available for guests. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE Waste sorting and disposal are MANDATORY and are the responsibility of guests.
Any failure to comply may result in additional charges at check-out. WARNING: - If waste is not correctly sorted and disposed of at the designated times and locations, in accordance with the instructions provided at check-in, a penalty of €50.00 will be charged. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Bezpieczne przechowanie rowerów na małej klatce, zamykanej. Mieszkanie wyposażone tak, że można spokojnie spędzić kilka dni.
Kilka elementów w mieszkaniu woła o wymianę. Kran w kuchni, słuchawka pod prysznicem i okno w górnej sypialni. Materac na dole dla koneserów.

Molto accogliente, pulito e letti comodi. Piccolino ma spazi adeguati per 6 persone.
I consumabili non sono forniti il ché significa che ad esempio non c' è la cata igienica per cui ricordatevela! Parcheggio c'è ma quello a noi riservato sotto la tettoia non era agibile causa neve e vicino di casa che parcheggiava in mezzo.

La casa era carina , silenziosa e in stile di montagna e molto fornita.
Ottima per chi non ha alte pretese.
Da segnalare però la presenza di ragnatele, di alcune stoviglie sporche, di una finestra rotta , e di materassi e cuscini davvero scomodissimi. Asciugacapelli rotto, asciugamani forniti insufficienti. Mancava quello per bidet
