The balcony overlooks the botanical gardens and offers a superb view.
It's also ideal for having coffee or a drink outside! The apartment is close to transport and shops (there's a good bakery in the neighborhood). You'll be able to enjoy good food in the various cafés and restaurants in the city center (10 minutes' walk). Places of interest to visit - Nantes Art Museum, 150 m from the accommodation; - Château des ducs de Bretagne, 600 m away; - Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral, 650 m away; - Machines de l'Île, 20 minutes by bus; and much more... Or take a boat trip on the Erdre River! Each guest is professionally cleaned before and after arrival. Qu'on me demande une caution de 250€, après que j'ai payé. J'ai le sentiment d'avoir été pris au piège.
D'avoir 2,50:€ à payer pour déposer cette caution. C'est en plus au client de payer pour une sécurité qu'il garantit. Gonflé.
