Backyard can be accessed with no stairs from the driveway or ~3 stairs out the back slider.
All bedrooms, living room, Kitchen and bathrooms are located on the same floor. Colleen is available via text, email and phone throughout guest's stays. Exterior only security cameras on the front and back yards for security of property and insurance purposes. Our home is super close to UMass, Amherst College and Amherst Center.
A short car ride to tons of shopping and the best local as well as chain grocery stores.
Too many amazing restaurants to name, for every cuisine you can think of 5 minutes from the house.

We are located in a great family friendly neighborhood. Great for taking walks or bringing your bikes along for a ride. A short drive the CT river kayak launch and 2 minutes to downtown Amherst. Walking distance to McGuirk stadium.
