The villa is built respecting the environment with which it integrates. The garden, surrounded by trees, has deckchairs in which to relax, barbecues and a table around which to gather for lunch. The swimming pool (2,5mx6mx1,10m) is very special, set among the rocks and trees, blending in with its surroundings. It is all on one floor and is characterised by large windows opening onto beautiful views. Two rooms have a French window with direct access to the garden and the third has a French window overlooking the panoramic view, to wake up every morning to the birds singing. Within 20 km, there are 4 major golf courses and, for the more adventurous, 4 km away, you can climb the rock walls of Rocca Pendice. For a day of relaxation, the centres of Montegrotto, Galzignano and Abano Terme with their precious thermal waters are about 15 km away; and, in an hour's drive, you can also reach the Adriatic coast with its long beaches of golden sand: Jesolo, Caorle, Sottomarina, or Lake Garda (with its theme parks, where you can have fun with your children).
