Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace and sofas
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a dining area
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Shower room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot.
Outside:
- 2 south-facing terraces (9 m² each) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather (sun loungers, tables, chairs, barbecue).
The flat is ideally located in Briançon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (one space) and in front of the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Briancon station, about 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport, about 2h55 by car.
