Opened by Edra Retreats, this new villa was designed for premium family trips and company getaways.
Built for our own use, it includes our favorite amenities: pool, fireplace, hot tub, AC, indoor gym, cowork space, meeting room, kids play room, and several group areas with writable glass boards. Groups have the Villa for themselves and can access all the spaces, including the gardens, pool, jacuzzi, parking place, etc. Quiet hours: 22:00 to 09:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Reason: No baby gates on stairs.
Additional rules: bsolutely no parties at this house. We'd like to emphasize that we have a strict no-party policy.
This is one of the only Airbnbs in our neighborhood and our next-door neighbors are lovely.
We don't want our guests to negatively impact their day-to-day lives.
If you think your group might get rowdy, which we totally understand as we also like to get rowdy from time to time, we ask that you find another spot.
We cannot risk disrupting our community. We use a noise monitoring device in the living room and the backyard; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) and will notify us and you if the group gets too loud. Please ask us any questions before or during your stay.
