The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Ax-les-Thermes, this charming 90 m² air-conditioned flat with ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m².
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with sofa and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Separate WC In the basement: - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds - Bathroom with shower For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside: - An 18 m² terrace to make the most of fine weather - 150 m² enclosed garden The flat is ideally located in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
Activities : - Hiking, skiing, thermal baths (The ski resort is accessible on foot by going to the cable car) - MOUNTAIN BIKING - Couloubre baths - Potholing - Canyoning - Climbing - Rafting For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Ax Les Thermes station, about 3 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 2 hours by car Other remarks : - Wifi, fibre - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
