The apartment, a cosy studio of about 32 sqm, is located on the second floor of a quiet residential complex surrounded by greenery and about 1 km from the sea. Furnished in a simple and functional way, it sleeps 3 people and consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Equipped with a furnished outdoor dining area, it has: - electric kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer - microwave oven - TV - washing machine - air conditioning/heating (on request, extra charge) - balcony equipped with table and chairs Your four-legged friends are welcome (15 Kg max, only one for each apartment), an extra € 30 per stay is required for cleaning. At about 500 m from the centre of Marina di Bibbona, with the main services such as supermarkets, market and pharmacy; at 300 m from the structure convenient bus stop.
