The house has plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out.
TVs in all bedrooms! Along with a large game room and movie theatre area in the basement!! There is a laundry room available in the basement if needed along with a whole house surround sound system! The driveway can fit up to 3 cars tandem parked and there is ample free street parking in front of the house if needed as well.
The house offers four bedrooms and one and a half baths.
Sleeping arrangements can accommodate up to 13 people (see sleeping arrangements below) and provides the perfect getaway, family vacation, office retreat or just time away from the daily grind.
The kitchen is very spacious with a dining room table with seating for six.
The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances and the cabinets are stocked with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you need – all you need to add is the food! The outdoor grill and additional patio seating for 4 is great for dinners and cookouts.
The living room offers a 55" Roku TV (cable not provided).
Fiber Optic Wi-Fi is available so you can stay connected at all times.

Our bungalow is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in Wauwatosa. It's centrally located right off the freeway and only a mile away from all the shops at The Mayfair Collection including Whole Foods, shopping, and restaurants.
