CM405 3* 36 m2 flat in perfect condition, sleeps 3, very well equipped and decorated in a mountain style, in a quiet location in a beautiful communal chalet (4th floor with lift) at the top of the resort, 5 minutes from the ski lifts, ski in ski out and winter shuttle stop at the bottom of the chalet.
WINTER : Sheets and towels included in rental of 5 days or more. SUMMER : Optional. Cleaning on departure to be carried out by you or at extra cost.
Dining/living room communicating with 7m2 balcony (equipped with armchairs, sun loungers and table), south-facing view of the mountains and slopes, sofa, television.
Open-plan kitchen with traditional oven/microwave/grill, 4-burner ceramic hob, washing machine/dryer, large fridge-freezer.
