This generous holiday apartment spans two floors and offers 100 m² of living space, providing enough room for up to 6 people. The three tastefully furnished bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds, including two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. The open living area is ideal for shared evenings and creates a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment is furnished with modern, high-quality furniture and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two large flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi are available for your use.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: You will find a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle. The spacious dining area invites you to enjoy meals together, which you can easily prepare in the kitchen using regional products and fresh ingredients.

The apartment has been lovingly decorated with great attention to detail to provide you with a true oasis of comfort. High-quality bed linens, fluffy towels, and a selection of amenities make your stay particularly cozy.

For your comfort, free parking is also available to make your arrival and stay as pleasant as possible.

Welcome to our winery, which proudly looks back on a long family tradition. Here, you can expect three stylishly designed apartments located right at the winery, offering the perfect place for your stay in the picturesque wine region of Ahrtal.

In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the city center of Bad Neuenahr, where you can discover a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. The charming old town of Ahrweiler is only 20 minutes away on foot and delights with its historic half-timbered houses and unique flair.

For your daily needs, a bakery and supermarkets are available just a 10-minute distance, so you can conveniently obtain fresh rolls or regional products.

Especially interesting for families is the large playground, located just 150 meters from the winery. Here, the little ones can play and let off steam while the adults relax.

Additionally, we offer regular wine tastings and tours at the winery, where you can learn more about the art of winemaking and enjoy the delicious wines of our region. Experience the passion behind every glass of wine and indulge in our exquisite wines.

We ask for payment of the invoice amount at least 10 days before arrival.
Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a charge of 90% of the total price.

Check-in is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is between 8 AM and 11 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
The key handover will take place in person on site.
A baby cot/high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The visitor's tax of (currently) €2 per person/night will be charged additionally via bank transfer.

Please provide us with the names and birth dates of all accompanying travelers for the guest cards via email.

Arrival is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM. Departure is requested by 11 AM. If you are arriving at different times, please notify us in advance.
