Oceans Pointe is a newly renovated 1b/1b condo on the Tampa Bay with a private, furnished balcony. We're located on the second floor of the Sailport building (there are two elevators) and we're at the furthest tip of the building sticking out onto the water (meaning we have the most direct and uninterrupted views of the bay, wildlife, and sunsets)! The absolute best part - we have the most well-positioned balcony in the entire building, with a beautiful panoramic view of the crystal blue ocean water, the dolphins swimming by, and the glimmer of the sun as it rises and sets. You can sit there peacefully, taking in the view day or night. We also have a table so you can enjoy your meals or cocktails at happy hour!

-Laundry Access: The guest laundry room, equipped with washers and dryers, is conveniently located on the same floor as the elevator. It’s a 24-hour coin-operated facility situated on level 3 of the building, ready for your use anytime, card payment now accepted.
TV Services: Some TVs don’t have cable but support streaming—feel free to log in with your own accounts!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company. We're available at all hours, every day of the week. When you book, you'll be contacted by our 813 concierge number. This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.

Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs). We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.
