Welcome to Oceans Pointe, an inspired condo with a private balcony 10 feet off the beautiful Tampa Bay.
Located inside a resort, our condo has all the resort amenities including a year-round heated pool (please note that the resort is family-friendly, so there will likely be kids), sundeck and loungers, bar & grill, convenience store, 24/7 gated security, outdoor fitness center, and free parking (trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited).
There's also free internet, Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee with every stay.
Experience unmatched panoramic views of Tampa Bay at Oceans Pointe, a newly renovated 1BR/1BA condo perched at the very tip of the Sailport building—offering the most direct, unobstructed views of the ocean, dolphins, and breathtaking sunsets.

Disclaimer: Please note that all stair sections have been completed except for the final section serving the 52’ stack on the south side of Building 3.
Based on contractor and architect evaluations, this section requires additional structural work.
The expected completion date is on or before Tuesday, December 23. ️ Building Maintenance Notice This building is scheduled for upcoming painting activities beginning Monday, February 9, 2026.
Your unit is scheduled for balcony painting on February 17, 2026. ️ What to Expect: Balcony Painting: * No unit access is required * Painters will use lifts to access balconies * Balcony doors, windows, and furniture will be covered for protection * Painters will not enter the unit Door Painting: * Painters will need to open the front door to sand, clean, prime, and paint * Work and drying time will take approximately 2–3 hours * The front door must remain open during this time * Hotel staff will monitor affected units to help ensure security This home is professionally managed by the Tampa Vacation Collection, a 24/7 premium vacation rental management company.

This number is monitored 24/7 by our staff and is the best means of communication including for receiving instructions.
Prior to booking, we ask that you review our entire listing including amenities and house rules.
If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests please do not hesitate to ask! Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our cleaning team to prepare every unit to our 5-star standard.
Early check-in may be available upon request—just send us a message! A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning.
This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common.
While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
PLEASE NOTE: - Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything.
If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! ⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units.
As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.
Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only.
Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.) Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs).
We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc.
Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.
