However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. Pack ’n Plays: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days; please use the in-unit washer and dryer to refresh them.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to left items once guests depart. Only 4 minute drive to the beach! Free parking in the driveway

Cute and comfy The house was very cute, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the AC wasn’t very efficient but still suitable. I would stay here again.
