Our beautiful, luxury condo is a 4th floor (elevator nearby) 1b/1b with a private balcony overlooking the Tampa Bay and estuary. The condo has an open layout with a private bedroom and gets plenty of natural sunlight while being far enough from the pool / central area to give you absolute peace and quiet. Enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset on the balcony in the evening, or wake up with freshly brewed coffee and dolphins splashing beneath you in the water! This is a conservatory view!

Laundry Access: The guest laundry room, equipped with washers and dryers, is conveniently located on the same floor as the elevator. It’s a 24-hour coin-operated facility situated on level 3 of the building, ready for your use anytime.
TV Services: Some TVs don’t have cable but support streaming—feel free to log in with your own accounts!
- PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

EVERYTHING is very close by! There are 5 different restaurants very close to the resort, a private beach & public beaches, and a partnership with Instacart that enables them to quickly deliver DIRECTLY to your unit!

Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking (trailers or campers NOT allowed).
