This is a stunning main door flat in a perfect location in the west end of Glasgow.
The flat offers 3 spacious bedrooms (2 King Beds and 1 Double) to relax after a long day discovering the city and the ease of parking & main door access (especially if you know the area, it can be tricky to find a spot) are a joy.
The Finnieston location is often referred to as the "hippest place in Britain". With its plethora of trendy bars, classy restaurants, shops & even a concert venue, there is plenty to see & do.
The full flat is available for use.
Council Tax, unlimited Wi-Fi & utilities are all included.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Additional rules: HOUSE RULES Guests under the age of 21 must contact us before booking and explain your reason for your stay.
Failure to do so may result in an immediate cancellation, without a refund. Please: - Maintain the cleanliness of this home, this is our home, treat it like your own. - Leave furniture where it was found. - Don’t leave dirty dishes.
At least place them in the dishwasher if available. - Put any rubbish in the bin. - Place any hot pots or pans on top of a hot pad first to prevent burn marks on the kitchen worktop. - Ensure all doors are shut at all times for your own security and for neighbours. - Remove any makeup before going to bed. If any stains from makeup, food, hair dye or drinks are left on towels or bed linen, after a wash cycle, you will be charged accordingly. - No pets. - Strictly NO parties, including groups gathering during the day. - Strictly NO extra people without agreement, otherwise everyone will be vacated immediately and the booking account holder will be charged £25 for every extra undeclared guest.
Police enforcement will be involved if required. - Strictly NO smoking & NO drugs throughout the property or communal area.
Smoking inside will result in a minimum £150 deep cleaning fee. - It is very important to adhere to the City Council Laws – Quiet hours are from 22:00-07:00. If neighbours complain of continuous, excessive noise during these times then your reservation may result in an immediate cancellation, without a refund. If you have a complaint on any aspect of the property e.g. amenities, cleanliness etc., you are authorising a member from the Bnb Guru team to come into the property to solve/repair the problem up to the standards stated on the platform. Failure to provide us with access to the property or if you raise a complaint after you check out is a violation of the T&C’s, thus no refund/compensation will be given. BnB Guru Booking Terms and Conditions Check-in: The check-in is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival.
Bnb Guru will contact you 24hrs prior to your arrival to confirm your check-in time and send instructions. Check-out: You must checkout by 10:00 on the day of departure.
Please note that late checkout is chargeable. Cancellation: Refer to the cancellation policy stated on Airbnb. Payment: Your booking channel handles all payments.
Any issues with regards to payment, please contact them directly. Security Deposit: The main guest may be required to pay a security deposit.
This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout subject to a damage inspection of the property.
If damage greater than the security deposit has been caused, Bnb Guru reserves the right to charge the guest to cover full damages.
If no damage is found, a full refund will be paid to the customer.
The refund may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank. Guest safety: Bnb Guru reserve the right to obtain a copy of your ID for our records.

The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the stay.
You will be responsible for any damage to the property or its contents, which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the property or their guests.
Such damage must be reported, without delay, to Bnb Guru.
The cost of the repair or replacement must be agreed with, and paid to, Bnb Guru.
You are responsible for ensuring that no person staying or visiting the property during your stay will suffer anything which would endanger the policy of our insurers in respect of the property and its contents which might make the same void or voidable.
If the property is extremely dirty after check out, beyond what a courteous guest will normally leave a home in, you will be charged accordingly. Use of Property: Parties or gatherings where occupants of neighbouring properties might be disturbed are strictly not allowed.
If, on arrival, it is felt you are intending to use the property for such an event you may be refused entrance.
If it is discovered that you are holding such an event after arrival everyone will be required to leave immediately and the booking account holder will be charged £25 for every extra undeclared guest.
Police enforcement will be involved if required.
Bnb Guru are not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation.
No refund, including your deposit, will be returned. Loss or theft of personal belongings: Bnb Guru are not responsible for the loss, theft and/or damage of your personal belongings during your stay in any property booked.
Therefore you are advised to ensure you have appropriate insurances in place.
If you have left personal belongings behind, please email Bnb Guru immediately.
We will do our best to return your item safely back to you however you will be charged administration (£10), postage and packaging fees. Number of Occupants: You are responsible for ensuring that the property is not occupied by more guests than it is stated on your reservation, which is set to the number of beds in the property.
We reserve the right to refuse admittance to the property if we feel this condition is likely to be breached.
In this case, no refund, including the security deposit, will be returned.
The property cannot be re-let/sublet to any other group/party without the written approval of Bnb Guru.
This is a serious criminal offence and legal action will be taken if we feel this has been breached. Smoking: We operate a strict NO smoking & NO drugs policy.

Ignoring this will result in eviction without a refund, including security deposit, and any odour to be removed professionally will be charged by Bnb Guru. Pets: Bnb Guru does not allow pets in the property or in the property building. Nuisance: Guests are required to behave in a responsible manner, respect the property and their fellow guests.
It is very important to adhere to the City Council Laws by keeping noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. This includes causing any sort of nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or using threatening or abusive behaviour towards a member of staff on the phone, in writing or in person.
Guests are not permitted to use the property for any illegal or immoral purposes.
An additional charge of £70 will be made if the management team is called out in response to a nuisance complaint. Age Restrictions: In order to ensure our guests enjoy a stay free from disturbance, bookings will not be accepted by any paying guests under the age of 21 unless reasonable evidence has been provided.
We require that there is at least one person aged 21 for each booking.
Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund. Restaurant - 'Porter & Rye' is a great place to get a top quality piece of cooked meat.
Others - the SEC & Hydro are minutes away and are quickly becoming one of Scotland's premier music and conference venues. The flat itself welcomes you with a bright hallway which leads into the dining sized kitchen with a small dining area. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable, with plenty of wardrobe storage. They have been furnished to a high standard with quality decor and Egyptian cotton bed linens. A travel cot can be provided upon request. The spacious living room with it's stunning flooring and comfy L-shaped couch is perfect to relax after spending a day out discovering the area, or even for watching Netflix on a rainy day.
