Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 64 m² flat for rent in Amboise, which can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 42 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 42 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: air freshener, fan, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in the centre of Amboise, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park for free in the street near the accommodation (free car parks nearby too).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Amboise, about 1.5 km away
- Nearest airport: Tours, about 25 km away
Other information :
- The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor, but the living areas are on the first floor.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

This place was wonderful...all we hoped for. Close to everything in Amboise old town. Loire Valley castles abound, and the one in Amboise, though smaller, an excellent visit, along with Clos Luce where L. da Vince lived his last 3 years. Buried in the the castle. For those with a bucket list the Loire Vally should be on it.

Grand appartement, très bien decoré, et très bien placé proche du centre d'amboise. Equipement assez complet pour la cuisine. Dans les points négatifs, il manque un lave vaisselle (on n'en a pas eu besoin) et un lave linge (cela aurait été utile)

It was fully equipped, I only availed myself of the kitchen for breakfast. Everything was super clean. The stairs up from the door were a little intimidating, but I managed it.It was a very large space for just me, but so beautifully decorated. I had trouble getting myself to leave in the morning...
