KITCHEN & DINING: Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped modern kitchen, complete with: * All-new appliances: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge * Blender * Coffee station with a ground coffee maker * Dining table that comfortably seats eight BEDROOMS: This home comfortably sleeps six guests across three uniquely-themed bedrooms: * Master Bedroom: A spacious retreat with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a streaming-ready TV, and direct access to the pool and backyard. * Bedroom 2: Features a comfortable queen-sized bed and beautiful mountain views. * Bedroom 3: Offers a cozy queen-sized bed and serene mountain views.

The expansive patio includes: * A large pool and spa (hot tub) * A fire pit with comfortable chairs * A BBQ grill for cookouts * An alfresco dining table for eight * Multiple lounge areas and daybeds, including a shaded pergola We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in process.
While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via the app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions.
Our goal is to ensure you have a comfortable and memorable stay. * City ID: The City of Palm Springs ID #046684 * Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night.
Please make this request at least 48 hours prior to your arrival to ensure the pool is warm for your stay. * City Contract Requirement: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a separate written contract, which will be sent to you before arrival.
You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. * For Families: A highchair and a Pack ‘n Play are available upon request at no extra charge.
