All of our homes are fully-stocked and include soaps, paper products, hotel-quality linens, as well as a bath towel and washcloth for each guest. Our kitchens are also stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code.
We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival and are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it. -- Policies -- • No smoking - Pets are allowed with written permission only.
There is a maximum of 2 pets, and unfortunately cats are not allowed at all.
The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Any pets or animals brought onto the property without approval will be subject to a $500 dollar penalty.
Please keep your pet on a leash at all times other than inside the home in accordance with city ordinance. - The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking.
Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay. - Please avoid using glass tableware or glass bottles near the swimming pool. - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, please be mindful of these restrictions - A completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form are required to complete the reservation.

Horseshoe Bay is an amazing community located in the Texas hill country and is about 1 hour from Austin, 2.5 hours from Houston and 3 hours from Dallas. One of the highlights is certainly Lake LBJ, as it is one of only 2 constant level lakes in the area. But Horseshoe Bay, has so much more to offer. There are over 8 golf courses within 15 miles. Fredericksburg and all the hill country vineyards are within an hours drive of the property. Horseshoe Bay Resort has become a large draw with fun events and concerts as well as weddings. Marble Falls is 15 minutes away and has a lot of the fun restaurants, bars and night life.

We had three couples, and the four-bedroom layout was perfect. House and furnishings were very adequate. We really enjoyed the pool with partial shade for a good portion of the day. The couple of small maintenance issues which arose were corrected quickly and completely with good communication throughout. We would certainly stay here again.

We loved this property! Beautiful views and the house was gorgeous! The pool area needed to be cleaned up a bit more for guests and the fire pit really needs to be replaced for this type of higher priced property, but those are my only recommendations!
