House Herceg, a newly renovated holiday home with a pool, is situated in the village of Valica, just 2 km away from the pebble beach in Kanegra, one of the most beautiful bays on the western coast of Istria.
House Herceg offers an ideal location for a relaxing vacation, being only 6 km away from Crveni Vrh, 7 km from the westernmost point of Istria, Savudrija, and 5 km from the town of Umag, where you can find beautiful beaches and a variety of hospitality and recreational facilities.
On the fenced property, guests have access to a 42 m² pool, comfortable sun loungers, multiple parking spaces, and a summer kitchen of closed type with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a fireplace, and a bathroom.
House Herceg can accommodate up to 8 people.
It consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a spacious terrace with comfortable seating.
It is important to note that there is a separate, unrented apartment on the first floor of the house, ensuring complete privacy for guests at House Herceg.

Nous avons passé deux semaines superbes a 8 adultes en profitant un max de la terrasse couverte et de la piscine. très proche de la mer et des commerces en voiture. Logement que je peux recommander. Merci encore (airbnb)

Nach einer reibungslosen Absprache im Vorfeld für die Schlüsselübergabe, wurden wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche, 2 Kinder) sehr herzlich von Kata empfangen….mit Wein, Getränken, Schokolade, Kuchen und Blumen.

Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Unterkunft war für sechs Personen super. Es könnten aber die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit renoviert werden.
