Cocoonr Agency presents this bright 81 m² apartment, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Strasbourg train station, on the 3rd floor of a building, in a setting that is both quiet and central. Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this spacious apartment stands out for its light-filled retro-style living room and modern comfort.

Offering views over the street on one side and a peaceful inner courtyard on the other, it benefits from double glazing ensuring calm and tranquility.

Perfect for a stay with family, friends, or for business, it provides a true peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, cleaning is included and high-quality 4-star hotel linen (bed sheets, towels, and kitchen towels) is provided.

For your comfort, the beds will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The apartment is composed as follows : - A spacious, bright, and welcoming living area featuring a comfortable sofa, large coffee table, TV, and a dining space ideal for sharing moments together. - A modern, fully equipped kitchen including: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, and cooking utensils, designed so you can prepare your meals with ease and fully enjoy your stay. - Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (140×190), bedside table, and dressing area with hangers (one also features a large wardrobe), offering an ideal environment to relax and unwind. - A modern bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, mirror, and heated towel rail. - A separate toilet for added everyday comfort. - Additional amenities : washing machine, ensuring a fully independent stay. You can easily reach the historic landmarks, stroll through the UNESCO-listed old town, and fully enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Alsatian capital.

Nearby, you will also find several supermarkets (Carrefour Express, Auchan) as well as the bakery “Amande et Cannelle” for a delicious treat. Transport : If you are arriving by car, the recommended parking options are Halles P3 Wilson (a 2-minute walk) and Indigo Wodli (a 5-minute walk), both priced at around €20 per day. Free parking is also available in the Cronenbourg area, with easy access to the city center by tram. For getting around : - “Faubourg de Saverne” tram stop (line C) is a 3-minute walk away. - The central train station is a 6-minute walk away. - Strasbourg-Entzheim International Airport is 20 minutes away by car. Very well and minimilazed equipped apartment. 10 min walk to center , 2 min to markets …10 min to Hbf . Nice to stay max 4 people. All good , quick response for all questions. İt will be recommended

Appartement fidèle à sa description, spacieux et confortable. Attention, prévoir une bonne vingtaine de minutes entre le moment où vous quittez le logement et l'arrivée en gare, car il faut déposer les clefs à un autre endroit.
