The space includes a bedroom with 2 single beds, plus a combined living, dining, and kitchen area equipped with standard cookware, a Brita pitcher, and a Keurig-style coffee machine.
The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and a starter supply of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
We offer easy self-check-in, garage parking across the street for $25/day, and welcome bicycles at no extra charge.
Pets are also welcome for $25 per pet.
A $85 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out after confirming everything is in good condition.
House Rules: Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, with a $300 fee for violations.
If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we offer secure storage with LoxxBoxx at the rear entrance of 100 Smithfield Street.
You’ll receive a personal 4-digit code to access both the entrance and your locker.
