Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open wide to a beautiful courtyard patio courtyard with a built-in BBQ, hot tub, and another dining area. This is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner al fresco - making indoor/outdoor living a breeze. The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent and fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There is a queen guest bedroom on this level as well for those who prefer no stairs.

Upstairs, the Primary bedroom has its own private balcony with ocean views and the en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms, each with a king bed and a private bathroom. The third-floor oceanview lounge offers direct access to panoramic coastal views from the rooftop deck.
