This Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 full Bathroom.
The first bedroom has 1 king bed, fluffy/comfy pillows, a closet, and a chest of drawers. 2nd bedroom has a 1 queen bed, a cupboard, and a built-in closet with Mirror doors.
Our apartment is very bright as we have many large windows, in the photos the blinds are pulled up however we do have privacy and window coverings.
We also have a lot of parking, and there are laundry facilities in the unit and the basement of the building.
The Kitchen is stocked with all the necessities.
Has microwave, 4 burner electric stove with oven, dishwasher, Keurig machine, and toaster.
We will be providing you with: - Jar of tide pods - a jar of Dishwasher Pods - Toilet paper - Paper towels - Coffee pods - Tea bags House Guidelines: - Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit or near exits. - Kindly show consideration for your neighbors by maintaining low noise levels. - Parties are not permitted. - This is a fully private apartment.
We have paid for laundry in the basement which is shared. - Replacement fees will apply for missing or damaged amenities, utilities, or equipment. - Towels, sheets, and toiletries are provided for your use during your stay.
Please refrain from taking them.
Missing items will incur fees. - If pets accompany you, please pick up after them. - Your furry friends are welcome for a $100 pet fee - Our professional cleaning and management team is always available and happy to help

You will love everything about this unit and around it. Nestled in the heart of Burlington, 10-minute walk to the Burlington GO stop, close to nearby parks, and is a 5-minute drive to downtown Burlington and Lakefront. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping. 30-minute drive to Toronto and Niagara Falls. The apartment building is a stone's throw from restaurants and shopping. We are a short distance from the Burlington Lakefront, boutiques, fine dining, and theatre.
