Located just 9 minutes from Copacabana beach, it's close to the best restaurants, markets and shops in the area! It's also 7 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde metro station
For clearer and more transparent communication, we would like to inform you of the following information about the use of the garage:
⚠️ Entry to the condominium garage for floors ‘G’ to ‘G5’ is prohibited for the following makes of car: Toyota Hillux (SRV and SW4), Chevrolet S10 (high chassis and single cab), Volkswagen Amarok and similar cars of the same size.
These models only have access to the ground and basement garages. ⚠️ Guests are not allowed to enter the garage with their companions to travel between the ‘G5’ floors and the basement and vice versa.
Only the driver of the vehicle may access the garage.
Escorts must wait in the lobby or outside the building. ⚠️ Use of ramps: • It is compulsory to switch on your headlights when using the ramps. • Vehicles travelling down the ramp must wait until the gate is fully open. • The vehicle travelling up the ramp will ALWAYS have priority. ⚠️ The parking spaces on floors ‘G’ and ‘G1’ are for the exclusive use of residents.
Only in emergencies can guests use them with prior authorisation from the concierge, and only until 10am. ⚠️ The entry authorisation card must be placed visibly on the vehicle's dashboard to facilitate communication. ⚠️ Lifts: • Guests of flats with endings 01, 02, 03 and 04 should use the lifts in block A (right side of the building). • Guests staying in flats ending 05, 06, 07 and 08 should use the lifts in block B (left-hand side). HOUSE RULES Services such as cribs, early check-in and late check-out may incur additional charges.
If you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification. In order for everything to run smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some of the house rules and notices: ⚠️ The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, but if you wish, you can leave it here at our office. ⚠️ No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law). ⚠️ The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.
People who are not on the list provided may not enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when carrying luggage or bathing suits. ⚠️ When you leave the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment.
Failure to do so may result in the owner deducting R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ We check in from 3pm and check out before 11am.
If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. ⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.
Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid for separately.
Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit. ⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished. ⚠️ All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home! Here at Pineapples, your comfort and well-being is our priority.
