People who are not on the list provided cannot enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the entrance and service elevator when you have luggage or swimwear. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, make sure you have turned off all electrical equipment.

If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in takes place from 3pm and our check-out before 11am.

If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation we offer 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.

Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged against your security deposit. ⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished. ⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
