Located just 7 minutes from Ipanema beach, it is close to the best restaurants, markets, and shops in the area! Additionally, it is 16 minutes from Arpoador and 1 minute from General Osório metro station.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:
⚠️ The reception is not authorised to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.
⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Ordinance).
⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.
People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building. Separate organic waste from From recyclwaste,, disposing them in different garbage waste bags. ..Human Eu quero saber como como posso fazer para separaralos ⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when carrying luggage or swimwear. ⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment.
Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm and our check-out before 11 am. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and one towel per guest.
Bed and bath linen exchange service can be hired and paid separately.
Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit. ⚠️ Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are provided only at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished. ⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival. ⚠️ Visits are NOT permitted; Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home! This is a great location and a beautiful apartment; however, it does have a serious ant problem in the kitchen and living room. I received too many emails after making the reservation. Their automated system sends way too many and it was difficult to get check in details. The system simply says "OTHER" under checkin details.
