Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas.
Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No smoking, parties Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] ***DOGS ONLY*** Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. For your convenience, we offer an optional Damage Waiver that covers accidental damage during your stay (up to $35). It's a small, one-time fee that gives you extra peace of mind.
If you prefer not to add the waiver, you’ll just be responsible for any accidental damages. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk.
There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!

The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:

Room next to loud old elevator that shrieked with metal clanging, missing items, room not the same as listed, dirty shower, vents clogged with dust, dark room with only one lamp. It did not meet any of my expectations, would never stay never again.

Supposed to sleep 4 and there wasn’t enough pillows. This should be a given. When requested for additional pillows they responded that the hotel was completely booked and there were no more pillows available!!!! That’s just a small part of what’s wrong with this place.

Our stay was great. Our host was incredibly responsive. We didn't realize our room was at the Showboat until we got there, so I wish we had been given that information.
