Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas.
Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:

Liked the size of the 2 bedrooms and the 3 baths. The living room was a little on the small size and there is limited lighting throughout the condo. Did not like that the parking would only start at Check In and was up at Check Out the times should be for the entire days so you can enjoy the surroundings

The room we had was great and served its purpose.In several of my emails, it stated no smoking. However, the hallway, the elevator and the entire place smelled of weed. So gross.

Like this was on the boardwalk. Only complaint maybe add tv’s in the bedroom :) the communication with the company was awesome. very responsive. will stay again. lots of room
