The apartment is cozy, suitable for a family, group of friends or business travelers.
It has all the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay :)... Smart-TV with streaming apps installed! Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1: 2 queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 queen bed Bedroom 3: 2 queen bed All rooms are upstairs. Living/Common Area: 1 sofabed Stairs may be required; wheelchair not accessible. While each CozySuite is designated according to our style and decor standards, pictures shown above are representative photos of our units at this property, and floor plans, furniture, decor, and views may vary slightly depending on the unit. I am always available via the message app, email, or through text :) Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. No smoking, parties Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors No weapons [will be reported to police, contract will be immediately terminated] No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay.
In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. We enjoyed how close this place is to the old town Alexandria. It is located in a safe, family oriented neighborhood. The free bus made it easy to head to old town for dinner and sight seeing.

Five friends and I stayed at the house for a weekend. We rented a car. Parking at the house was super great, it was a quick 7 min drive to the airport, 20 min drive into DC. This was a gem of a house and only 10 minutes from Washington DC. The property management company were absolutely lovely and very helpful. We would certainly stay there again and hope to do so in the future to explore Alexandria and take advantage of all the cute shops and sidewalk cafes as we had our flight home changed on us and by BA so had to cut our stay short by 2 days.
