This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to completion of the background check with 72 hour minimum notice period after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation. The third bedroom includes a twin bed and a trundle bed. If you want the pool heated during your stay, you need to pay an additional $50/night.
