Do not use the wood-burning fireplaces within the home. If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night pool heating fee. Please note that the pool will be closed for the winter season starting October 21st, 2025, and will no longer be available until it reopens for guest use on a to be determined date. Parking Details:
Open gravel driveway, plenty of space for parking. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home.
Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay.
A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival.
The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.

Cited by many as “America’s Most Beautiful Village,” East Hampton is the quintessential upscale seaside resort. The appeal is apparent from even the briefest of glimpses down Main Street—from the postcard-pretty Town Pond to the west, to the iconic Hook Windmill at the village’s eastern leaving. I stayed here with family recently and loved the house. The location was private and convenient. The management company was available to answer our questions. It was perfect for an off season get away.

Location: 5/5. Walkable into town & 10 min drive to the beach
House: 3/5. The house itself is older and not very well maintained (the AC didn’t work upon arrival), the yard has tons of weeds, and the bedding was not very comfortable. But the pool is super nice, the yard is very large, and the grill ...

2 couples stayed and had a great visit! Drove to Montauk lighthouse. Visited Gurney’s and the Inlet restaurant. Walked from the cottage to a chowder restaurant. The house was clean and neat. It was an excellent property and would TOTALLY rent it again.
