Our village is the starting point for magnificent hikes in the Albères massif, 20 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches (Le Racou, Argelès-sur-mer, Collioure, Saint-Cyprien, Canet-en-Roussillon), 20 minutes from the Spanish border (Le Perthus) and 25 minutes from Perpignan and 10 minutes from the Boulou thermal spa. The house is composed of a kitchen-living room - dining room, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet. The modern and recently renovated kitchen - living room, opens directly onto the terrace for a unique experience, far from your daily life.

Upstairs, you have a large space with an office area, storage, a comfortable and cozy master bedroom: 1 bed 160x200 and a spacious bedroom: 2 beds 90x190 (and a sofa bed for an additional bed). The two bedrooms are also equipped with reversible air conditioning.

The Gite is an ideal place to escape from the relaxation area equipped with garden furniture, several deckchairs and a private swimming pool (5.5m by 4m, depth 1.6 m max) where you can also admire the beautiful sunset or listen to nature far from the noise of the city. The Gite has an independent entrance as well as a single access to the garden and the relaxation area with the swimming pool. Possibility to park the car in the street, in front of the Mas.
