The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 57 m² air-conditioned house with shared pool for rent in the commune of Cogolin. It can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is particularly well suited to families and is composed as follows:
- Access to the house is from the first floor, via a 25 m² terrace, furnished with a dining area and sitting area.
- The main room includes a 25 m² living room with TV, sofa and a fireplace.
- From the kitchen, two windows offer an unobstructed view of old Grimaud and the hills.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
A staircase in the main room leads to the two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (two 140×200 double beds)
- Bathroom with shower and vanity unit
- Separate WC
Each bedroom has a French window giving access to a 20 m² terrace. They are also equipped with a dressing room and a console table.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- The first terrace, facing south-east, is furnished with a large table, as well as an outdoor lounge comprising a 5-seater sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs.
- The second terrace, facing northwest, is equipped with 4 deckchairs and can be accessed directly from the bedrooms.
Communal areas:
- Two shared, unheated swimming pools are open from mid-May to mid-October. A lifeguard provides supervision during this period.
Activities :
- Petanque court at the bottom of the estate
- Tennis court
- Starting point for hiking and mountain-biking trails 2 minutes' walk from the house.
- Close to the villages of Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud
- 10 minutes from the beaches on two wheels
- Next to the estate, a mini-golf course and an accrobranche park
- Numerous restaurants nearby
- 11 km from Sainte-Maxime

The house is ideally located in Cogolin, in a calm and peaceful environment, just 7 km from the center of Saint-Tropez, with all shops accessible in 3 minutes.
Transportation:
- Free parking is available in front of the house and throughout the estate.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Aix-Marseille train station and Marignane airport nearby
- There's little public transport to Cogolin, so we recommend using a car.
- Once here, everything is easily accessible on two wheels
- Bikes and scooters for hire 5 minutes away by car
Other remarks :
- Staircase to the house (about 20 steps).
- The main room is air-conditioned, which also cools the bedrooms.
- Free wifi (fiber optic).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be supplied on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are indicative and subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
