Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house with a shared swimming pool for rent in the town of Cogolin.
It has a floor area of 57 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is particularly well-suited to families and is laid out as follows: - Access to the house is via the upper floor, through a 25 m² terrace, which features a dining area and a seating area. - The main room comprises a 25 m² living room with a TV and sofa - From the kitchen, two windows offer unobstructed views of old Grimaud and the hills, with no neighbours opposite. This kitchen is equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… A staircase in the main room leads to the two bedrooms: - Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (two double beds measuring 140x200) - A shower room with a shower and vanity unit - Separate toilet Each bedroom has a French window opening onto a 20 m² terrace.
They are also fitted with a walk-in wardrobe and a console table. For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - The first terrace, facing south-east, is furnished with a large table, as well as outdoor seating comprising a 5-seater sofa, a coffee table and two armchairs. - The second terrace, facing north-west, is equipped with four sun loungers and is accessible directly from the bedrooms. Communal area: - Two shared, unheated swimming pools are open from mid-May to mid-October.
A lifeguard is on duty during this period. Activities: - A pétanque court at the bottom of the estate - A tennis court - Walking and mountain bike trails start just a 2-minute walk from the house - Close to the villages of Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud - 10 minutes from the beaches by bike - Next to the estate, a mini-golf course and a treetop adventure park. - Numerous restaurants nearby - 11 km from Sainte-Maxime Nearby events: - Ramatuelle Festival - Festivities in Grimaud throughout the summer - Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez in October - This region is bustling all year round, with shops open round the clock The house is ideally situated in Cogolin, in a quiet and peaceful setting, just 7 km from the centre of Saint-Tropez, with all shops within a 3-minute walk. Transport: - Free parking spaces are available opposite the house and throughout the estate. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Aix-Marseille railway station and Marignane airport are nearby - There is little public transport to Cogolin; it is recommended that you use a car - Once there, everything is easily accessible by bike or scooter - Bike and scooter hire is a 5-minute drive away Other notes: - There are steps leading up to the house (around twenty steps). - The main room is air-conditioned and can also be used to cool the bedrooms. - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change.
Subject to favourable weather conditions. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
