## Space
Ideally located in a small street parallel to Rue de Paris, in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can explore all the magic of Le Havre on foot (architecture listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site). You’ll be staying close to gourmet shops, the famous Natural History Museum, just 200m from the beach and the City Hall.
This beautiful, fully renovated apartment will charm you with its brightness, prime location, and proximity to the sea.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator, but stairs with small steps) in a quiet and secure residence. Inside, everything is arranged to make you feel at home. Designed for 4 people, it includes
A separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.) allowing you to prepare delicious meals.
A living room/dining area with a high-quality sofa bed (140x200cm) and a 43-inch Smart TV.
A lovely bedroom with a walk-in closet, equipped with a quality Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
A bathroom with a bathtub.
The accommodation is very bright, fully equipped, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Parking is available on the street or in private car parks located 100m from the apartment.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET’S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, please limit noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events will be tolerated in the apartment. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and may activate the security deposit in case of excessive noise or damages.
## Access
When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the apartment.
Parking is paid around the apartment from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, then from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city is available for all electric vehicles. Going to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to explore the city.
The nearest underground parking to the apartment is Les Halles (Volcano) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15 min additional. 7-day pass €23.
## Interaction
We will be pleased to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in so we can best organize the key handover. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!
## Neighborhood
The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence near shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For groceries, food lovers will be delighted with Les Halles located less than 200m from the apartment and the nearby shops on Rue de Paris. Also, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM is nearby.

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Physical welcome between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize your key handover.
Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We kindly ask you to be as precise as possible regarding your arrival time and to notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your security deposit.
If arrival is after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible if any unforeseen event arises.
A valid ID may be requested upon entry to the property. A photo inventory of the equipment and inspection will be completed before your arrival.
If any guests beyond those listed in your reservation stay in the apartment, an additional €100 per person per night will be deducted from your security deposit.
