You can enjoy a fully air-conditioned modern villa with 5 bedrooms, each with an adjoining shower room or bathroom, a private pool and a wide range of leisure facilities, just 7 km from Cannes, the Croisette and the beaches. The villa offers 185 m² of living space over two levels, set within 1,000 m² of grounds.
The double living room and dining area create a bright, welcoming space, ideal for spending time together with family or friends.
The table football adds a playful touch to shared moments. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease.
A laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes the stay more convenient.

Our family had a lovely two weeks in this villa. The property is private and secure. The house, gardens and pool are well maintained and in good condition. The villa aircon is very efficient.

Maison neuve et jolie, meublée sobrement.
Le balcon du 2ème devrait être meublé.
La chambre principale a besoin d'un miroir de 2m de hauteur.
