Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.
We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with a TV and a double sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - A bathroom with a bath - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A shared, unheated swimming pool, dimensions: 8 x 12 m, open from 15 June to 15 September.
Opening dates are subject to change - A 9 m² balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Collioure, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: If you choose to travel by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Collioure station, approximately 4 minutes’ drive away - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée Airport, approximately 34 minutes’ drive away Other notes: - Pets are not permitted. - Bed linen and towels are not included - End-of-stay cleaning involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.

En partant à pied par le petit portillon, le centre de Collioure est à 1km, dans soucis de stationnement.

Un apartament molt acollidor amb boniques vistes i piscina comunitària. Molt ben equipat i situat. Ideal per a dues persones. Una zona molt tranquil·la de Colliure. Ens ha agradat molt, hem estat molt a gust!
Només com a suggeriment, cobrir la terrassa per poder estar més resguardats del sol i també poder estar-hi els dies de pluja.
