Accommodation description
This superb family home is located on the Dordogne/Charente border and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The house consists of two floors, with a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen, and is thus very suitable for ten people.
It is not only the luxurious furnishings but the location near the river, plus a private pool that makes this house so unique! Just cross the street, and you are at the river where you can kayak or canoe There are supermarkets in Saint-Aulaye, Riberac and Chalais.
In the village, you will find a bakery and a restaurant.
Aubeterre, Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux, Branthôme and Bergerac are well worth a visit.
Adventure parks are in Poltrot and Saint-Aulaye Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. This accommodation is rented only to family groups. Ein schönes französisches Haus mit einem schönen Garten. Das Haus ist sehr geeignet für eine größere Gruppe. Schöne große Zimmer. Sehr gastfreundliche Besitzer, denen man alle Fragen stellen konnte. Der Garten liegt an einem Fluss mit Kanus usw., der sehr gut genutzt wurde. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig.

Een prachtig Frans huis met een heerlijke tuin. Het huis is zeer geschikt voor een grotere groep. Mooie grote kamers. Zeer gastvrije eigenaren waar je al je vragen aan kon stellen. De tuin is aan een rivier met kano's etc waar fijn gebruik van gemaakt is.
De omgeving is mooi en heel rustig.

Prachtige tuin met toegang tot de rivier.
