The sleeping area, located on the garden level with direct access to the pool, accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, most of which feature their own private shower room or bathroom, ensuring privacy for everyone.
Master Suite: King-size bed (180 cm), full bathroom (shower and bathtub), large walk-in wardrobe.
Queen Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed, private shower room and WC, direct access to the pool.
Queen Bedroom 2: 160 cm double bed, bathroom with bathtub (separate WC), direct access to the pool.
Double Bedroom: 140 cm double bed, private shower room (shower), direct access to the pool.
This layout, with direct pool access from all bedrooms, allows each member of your family or group to enjoy their own space and fully embrace the holiday rhythm.
The outdoor area is a true haven spread over 1,500 m². At the heart of the villa lies its stunning heated infinity pool (10 x 5 m, heating available at an additional cost), ideal for swimming at any time of day. Several outdoor parking spaces are at your disposal. The location is ideal: just 3 km from the centre of Cannes and 4.5 km from the fine sandy beaches.
