Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 55 m² apartment for rent, less than 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment includes :
- A 40 m² living room with sofa bed (sleeps 3), including an armchair area, TV, double bed with wardrobe (sleeps 2).
- Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom with double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer (The washing machine and tumble dryer are accessible in the communal areas of the building).
Exterior:
- A 2 m² balcony facing the garden
- A 30 m² terrace with sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Fréhel, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Hiking, Cycling, Surfing, Walking, Kayaking, Swimming
- Cap d'Erquy

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Lamballe station 28 minutes away.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport 48 minutes, Rennes Bretagne airport 1h20
Other remarks :
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optics)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- Dryer and washing machine available at the end of the first floor corridor
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Il manque juste une table de nuit et lampe de chevet dans la chambre qui est réduite a sa plus simple expression puisqu'il n'y a qun lit...petit...de 140. Nous sommes des habitués de sables d'or et nous avions peur d'être déçus par rapport a nos locations habituelles mais tout était quasi parfait!! ...
