## Emplacement
Located in the north of France, along the English Channel, the seaside resort of Le Touquet was created in the 19th century. It has been a fashionable resort since the interwar period with sumptuous villas built in the pine and birch forest to the east of the town. Along the long sandy beach of Le Touquet, west of the town, there are hotels, restaurants and a casino.

On the main beach of Le Touquet, people don't just come to swim! Sand yachting is the local sport. The large sandy beach allows you to fully enjoy the English Channel in the middle of wilderness and dunes. There is also a thalassotherapy center on the seafront (south), ideal to end the day in a relaxed way.
