The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house (with private Jacuzzi) for rent in the town of Floyon.
It has a surface area of 50 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It comprises a lovely 32 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a garden of approximately 3,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 32 m² living room with TV, sofa, etc. - A dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet On the mezzanine: - Sleeping area 1: with a double bed (140×190), a single bed (for children up to 8 years old) and a single sofa bed - Sleeping area 2: with two single beds For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A private jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 5 people, awaits you for a moment of absolute relaxation. - A beautiful 3,000 m² enclosed garden with a children's play area - A veranda with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally located in Floyon, in very pleasant surroundings.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Activities : Fishing, a visit to the nearby zoo and swimming pool, several hiking trails, cycling, the Val Joly, château de Guise, glass museum, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Saint Quentin, about 1 hour by car - Nearest airport: Reims-Champagne, about 1h40min by car Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

It was very quiet and calming. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. The garden was wonderfully nice, and there were board and card games, as well as things like a frisbee for an active vacation.
