As soon as you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious and practical walk-in wardrobe that leads to the main living area.
This open space includes a premium sofa bed (160x200 cm, 17 cm thick Bultex mattress), a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, small freezer, induction cooktop, extractor hood, and microwave.
The modern bathroom offers all the comfort you need, featuring a large walk-in shower, a marble vanity unit, wall-hung toilet, washing machine, heated towel rail, and generous storage.
The apartment has been tastefully decorated and fitted with high-quality amenities to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay: reversible air conditioning, smart TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, double glazing, recessed lighting, bed linen and towels provided (bath sheets, towels, bath mat).
A secure underground parking space nearby is included in the nightly rate.
In terms of convenience, you’ll find a supermarket just 3 minutes’ walk away, a bakery and newsstand 2 minutes away, and direct access to bus lines and the main bus station within 5 minutes on foot.

Positive:
Appartamento piccolo ma completo di tutto, in posizione perfetta per visitare la città e Jas de Bouffan, l’antica casa di campagna di Paul Cézanne. Posto auto utilissimo, il parcheggio è un notevole problema in queste città.
